We are delighted that you have embraced Genesis in Home Spa to renew your looks and glamour. In order to elevate your spa experience, we have created this informational guideline to assist you with any questions.
Appointments can be made from 8:00am-8pm. Before and after hour events can be done by request via Email, Call, Text or WhatsApp. Appointments cannot be made through the service provider. To rebook our services, you must email or call us directly. You can ask for the same service provider by request.
- Do I need to have a massage table at home?
No. Our massage therapist provides a massage table. However, you can use your own if you have one. (please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use your own massage table instead). - Do I need to use my own linens, or the massage therapist provides linens?
The massage therapist will provide clean sheets. - Will I be draped during the session? Should I be undressed or have my clothes on during the massage therapy?
You can be undressed at the level of your comfort. You will be properly draped at all times during the session. Only the part of the body being worked on will be exposed. - What if I have, or had, any medical conditions?
Our massage therapists are highly trained and experienced in working with patients with different medical conditions, diagnoses, and injuries and strictly follow the appropriate medical massage protocols.
As soon as we confirm the details of our visit, an electronic invoice will be sent to you. There, you can pay securely online with any major credit card. Please be advised: full payment is required to secure your reservation before the appointment. Cash accepted by special request only.
Gratuity is not included in the booking charge. The amount is at the customer’s discretion; we can include the tip in your credit card when booking your service. Tips can also be done in person via cash, Venmo, or Zelle or Cash App.
Due to the nature of our business, kindly provide us with 24hr of notice for canceling or rescheduling to avoid a full-service charge. For events, failure to cancel 72 hr before the event will result in 50% charge of the full amount of the services booked.
All services are provided by licensed professionals and have passed background check. Our licensed professionals must uphold a satisfactory rating to work on this platform. In addition, we have implemented several measures to bring you peace of mind. A photo and profile will be sent via email or text when the appointment is confirmed.
Our top priority is to ensure an enjoyable In- Home Spa experience. If you have any suggestions or comments, please let us know before your appointment, so we can accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
For your comfort and safety, please notify us of any medical conditions including allergies, pregnancy, diabetes, fungus, etc.; that may affect the outcome of your treatment. We consider this and any other personal information to be highly confidential and treated with complete discretion.
Our professionals have the liberty to deny any service if they determine a situation to be uncomfortable or inappropriate.
All tools and equipment are carefully sanitized and sterilized. New nail files, foot files and buffs are used for each client. Nothing is reused.
